The baseline survey collected data among 1853 healthcare professionals, exceeding the original target of 1500 participants and showing promising signs of data collection for this project. This is essential for the data to capture the reality experienced by healthcare professionals in the field. These first results will provide first hints on the current situation, working conditions, experience and well-being of the Swiss healthcare workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
