Within this framework, a training program for managers was developed and evaluated. The results show what the main reasons are for leaving the profession early and where to focus. Results and recommendations are available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfh.ch\/de\/forschung\/referenzprojekte\/strain\/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwlPWgBhDHARIsAH2xdNfxN0cEzVeCZMHf72PyaAxsnyxLkwoq0OCe2WOR0K1RQvP86TA9QVQaAg9fEALw_wcB\" class=\"ek-link\">here<\/a>.
